The Golf Residency (TGR) , according to its promoters is a one of its kind premium development, high quality, exclusive ultra-modern Prime Residential area with world class recreational facilities which will include a golf driving range.
The Golf Residency project is a joint venture between the Anambra State Government and the Rainbow Heritage Group (developers of the iconic Reef Courts Estate in Port Harcourt).
TGR is being developed on 110 hectares of prime land designated as Government Reserved Area (GRA), located in Awka, the capital city of Anambra State.
