How to use Fei Yan Tea
• Soak 1 tea bag in approx. 150ml of boiling water for 5 - 10 mins.
• Take 1 cup of tea in the morning and one cup of tea in the evening after meals. Mild diarrhoea may occur during the first week due to the detoxing process but this will soon disappear.
• Body weight is usually reduced by up to 2-6kg after taking the tea for one month.
• Best results are achieved by taking the tea daily for a period of 2-3 months. When desired weight has been achieved after 3 months, you can use the tea on alternative days for maintenance.
