Community Acupuncture of Marin 
As we approach Thanksgiving, I am thankful for so many things. Marin has done well in the pandemic. Many of us have a new awareness of racism and are doing our work around it. We live in a place where there is much mindfulness and care for others. We have access to clean water, healthy food and the fire season is over!!!
I chose to go back to work 6 months into Covid because I wanted to safely see people that found acupuncture essential for them. It’s been going well and I’m working with very safe practices at a reduced capacity.
Because Chinese Medicine addresses winter weather conditions by balancing the effects of wind, dampness and cold on your health, it's time to get acupuncture!
If you have arthritis, lower back pain, lung congestion, digestive problems, or other symptoms, these are highly affected by these factors. Stress and lack of sleep will exacerbate your imbalance.
