It is only when you get sober that you can see drug use in a different light, and how it was damaging your life beforehand. Summer is a time for socialising and celebration, and in sobriety you have the joy of remembering every moment.

The morning after
The morning and days that follow are often either lost or written-off due to a comedown, with spiralling thoughts and snapshots of memories coming back to you throughout. If you have family or work commitments, these often get sacrificed during this time and you end up sinking lower mentally and energetically.
