Street-pop artist, Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, popularly known as Portable, has once again made headlines by announcing a significant hike in the cost of his services.

The artiste, who recently made waves for his actions during his visit to the UK, took many by surprise as he revealed his updated rate card.

In a recent Instagram post, Portable disclosed that he would be abandoning his previous fee of N5 million for shows, skits, or features starting in the new year and will now charge $10,000 (N10 Million).

The unexpected announcement came after a Celestial Church canceled the booking for him to come to perform at an Event and this has pushed him to reevaluate his pricing strategy.

Amidst his ongoing European Tour, Portable has been enjoying notable encounters with industry figures, including Tiwa Savage, Skepta, and Mr Eazi.

Portable‘s decision to increase his Show & Collaboration price has got fans talking across social media platforms with many saying the price is too much and they would rather get someone more serious and talented for that amount.
