The executive vice president of Nebraska Cattlemen says cattle farmers can play a big role when it comes to water quality.
�All Nebraskans should have high-quality, safe drinking water,� Laura Field said, �and so we feel like it�s really important proactively for agriculture to talk about the good things that we�re doing and the practices that people are putting in place to help control some of that stuff.�
Field tells Brownfield more education is needed to help producers adopt climate-smart practices.
