How to pre order Lufthansa Onboard Delights meals

On most European services, Lufthansa does not offer complimentary catering. Instead, you have the option to pre-order your inflight meals and pay for them onboard.

For economy-class flights of one hour or longer, you can pre-order your meal up to 36 hours before departure.

If you don’t pre-order, you can still purchase items inflight.

To help reduce waste on flights to Frankfurt and Munich (offering Onboard Delights), passengers can buy fresh products shortly before landing at a reduced price of 3.50 euros.

Passengers can now earn and use award miles when buying food and drinks from the Onboard Delights selection. If you present your Miles & More card, you’ll receive at least one award mile for every euro spent!

How to order

1. Head to https://www.pre-flight-shopping.com/?airlinecode=lh

2. Enter your Booking Code, First Name, and Surname, then tap Continue.

3. Select the flight of your choice to begin the pre-order process.

4. Tap on your favorite item to view more information.

5. Tap on Add to Shopping Cart.

6. At the Checkout, ensure your order is correct, enter your email address twice, and press submit order. You can also edit the quantity and remove items if needed.

If successful you should see a confirmation page.
