Four Twenty comes with 10 eyeshadows, 9 mattes, and only one shimmer which I would describe as having more of a pearlescent finish, with a slightly sheer finish, not your regular opaque finish. This eyeshadow palette retails at $58 and it's available on Sephora, Beautybay as well as on Melt Cosmetics website as many more. The three-dimensional packaging is super cool and goes well with the entire theme of the palette.�
The formula of these mattes is definitely on the drier side but in my opinion, it does not affect the performance. There is a slight kickback when you dig your brush in the mattes but it's nothing compared to for example ABH Subculture. The most important thing that I wanted to mention in my review is the fact that Four Twenty mattes apply and blend easily, I personally had no issues with the formula. The only shade that I found to be a bit too powdery for my taste was Shot Gun, which swatches very saturated but when applied the intensity is not so prominent anymore.�
