Shirlé Hale – “Never Be The Same”

Shirlé Hale is an artist based in Lisbon, Portugal who has spent over 30 years fronting various indie rock bands. Hale released her debut solo album, The Silver Garden on October 27th.

It features track like the emotional dream pop single “Never Be The Same”, a song described as one that “literally came out of nowhere, written in a matter of minutes along with the lyrics.”

It has a magnetic presence that combines a rather melancholy feeling in the air, with 90s rock qualities well paired with colorful electronics. Like a blend of EMA and Beach House, it has a stirring power that hits you straight in the core.
