It’s been forever but I’m finally working on some blog posts in what very little free time I get these days, after a hiatus of over 3 years. I haven’t written anything outside of work during that time so it’ll take quite a while, but I hope to start posting here again by the end of October. I don’t know if anyone still reads this old blog, but be aware that I’m very likely to change the name and URL of my blog soon. It may also be going in a slightly different direction than you might have expected it to, but I hope you’ll stay.

I’ll aim to briefly summarise everything that’s happened in my life over the last 3 and a bit years. I’ve relatively recently had a life-changing realisation that I’m still coming to terms with now, and that will largely be the focus from here on out (with mental health undoubtedly still featuring heavily). I am trying to be kinder to myself in light of this. With my seasonal depression arriving earlier than usual, precipitated by recently getting covid for a second time, and with how busy things are with work and family stuff at the moment, I’m trying not to push myself too hard. It’s unlikely that I’ll be able to post on here more regularly than once or twice a week in the long run. But I do hope to at least have a few posts written by the end of the year.
