Ethscriptions are still an early concept in the Blockchain world just yet.

But, they have endless potential and of course eventually, we do believe that the new Ethscriptions that are being released at this very early stage will be extremely valuable in years to come.

What is being developed right now around digital wealth really isn’t the endgame, this is just the beginning, believe us, you heard it right here.

But the early Ethscriptions we are seeing pop up right now in these very first pioneering months will be the gems and diamonds of the Blockchain world in time to come and probably worth millions by then.

With Ethscriptions we are seeing the first appearance of this fantastic new concept which will seem almost like the early gold prospecting times of the nineteenth century at some point in the distant future.

We are without a doubt, seeing explosive growth when it comes to all things crypto, and especially now with Ethscriptions.

We are still at the very beginning of this amazing new concept and very much in the early innings of its real-worth potential.

Music website Genius.com co-founder Tom Lehman developed Ethscriptions, describing the initiative as a “huge success” on Twitter, and announced almost 30,000 Ethscriptions had been generated within the first 18 hours of the project going live.

Lehan said Ethscriptions use Ethereum “call data” – included within a smart contract – which permits a “cheaper” and “more decentralised” mining process in comparison to conventional smart contract-based methods, Cointelegraph reports.

As it stands, users are currently limited to image-only inscriptions, yet Lehman added the protocol would permit different file types to be included in future. Users can now “describe” an image provided it is under 96 kilobytes in size.

Lehman’s project on the Ethscriptions protocol, known as “Ethereum Punks,” has had a significantly positive response, with all 10,000 assets claimed almost immediately, the Cointelegraph report adds.

It remains to be seen whether Ethscriptions will enjoy the same level of popularity as Bitcoin Ordinals. In under six months, the total number of Ordinals inscribed on Bitcoin skyrocketed from zero to 10 million.
