New Perspective Expands to Ohio and Pennsylvania

Nine new senior living communities add to a growing portfolio.

(MINNETONKA, Minn.), October 2022— For 25 years, New Perspective has helped older adults Live Life on Purpose® across the Midwest. Now, the senior living organization is proud to announce its continued growth and arrival in Ohio and Pennsylvania.  The transaction includes nine LifeServices assisted living communities and represents another growth milestone for Purpose First Partners, a venture between New Perspective and Boldt Capital.

“We’re excited and proud to be expanding into new states with the addition of the LifeServices portfolio,” said New Perspective CEO Ryan Novaczyk. “These communities have great reputations, and we look forward to supporting our new team members in their efforts to serve the residents and give them opportunities to live life on purpose every day.”

“The LifeServices locations fit naturally into the New Perspective family of communities allowing us to expand our highly rated care, amenities, and services into two new states,” commented New Perspective President, Chris Hyatt. “We’re excited to welcome and serve the older adults, their families, and the team members in these well-established communities.”

While each location will retain its familiar name, each will operate under the New Perspective brand of senior living communities.
