Nicole SokolowskaBENSALEM, PA — Juniper Communities has announced the appointment of Nicole Sokolowska as the nursing home administrator of Juniper Village at Bucks County. Sokolowska’s journey with Juniper began in November 2020 when she joined Juniper Village at Brookline as a concierge. Over time, her dedication, commitment, and passion for long-term care led to her progression within the organization.

She transitioned to an administrator-in-training position at Juniper Village at Brookline and soon after she assumed the role of assistant executive director at Juniper Village at Bucks County. Sokolowska will also serve as the personal care home administrator when she obtains her license.

“Nicole has demonstrated a passion and enthusiasm for serving seniors,” stated Juniper Village at Bucks County Executive Director John Brunner in a press release, “and as an NHA, she has shown keen business acumen during her tenure at Juniper Village at Bucks County. Nicole is clearly a rising star in our organization, and we are excited to have her on our leadership team.”

During the challenging times of the pandemic, Sokolowska demonstrated her commitment to the field by applying for a unit aide position at a local skilled-nursing and rehab facility. Her decision to be on the frontline, aiding and care to those who need it most, solidified her passion for long-term care.

“At 23 years old, navigating the world of long-term care administration has been a remarkable journey,” said Sokolowska. “Being around the elderly has been a major inspiration, witnessing their strength, hearing their stories, and forming tight bonds through care. This experience has not only transformed my career but also changed my outlook on life, giving me a genuine admiration for the beauty that accompanies aging.”
