W salon Waterloo hair transformation

 Ahh, this mamma feels good! After years of wishing I had lighter hair, I’ve had to learn to love my dark brown/black shade – until now! I’ve finally started my lightening journey thanks to W Salon in Waterloo Sydney. 

I was there for 5.5 hours (!) but it was well worth it! The salon is absolutely beautiful and they have great Covid-safe procedures, with sanitizer available and a comprehensive check in and tracing system. 

I had foils put in my hair, then had a brown dye added, followed by a beautiful hair treatment which was done in their private room. Hello, silky hair! The private room was a first for me. I’ve  never seen or heard of this service anywhere else, but it’s ideal for a girls’ day out together, parents bringing toddlers or babies along, those who need breastfeeding space, or even anyone who feels self conscious in the open salon. 

There’s no additional charge for the room! Just pop it on your booking request.

While my hair began its lightening process, I was treated to lovely coffee and chats with the most friendly staff. It definitely makes a salon visit far more pleasant when there’s coffee and conversation!

I’m loving my lighter hair and I’m so excited to have found a salon I can trust with treating my hair with colour.
