Wedding at The Chapel Montville

The team at J'adore Wedding Photography haven't had the opportunity to do many weddings in the beautiful small town of Montville, Queensland. Hidden in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland is a spectacular little chapel that overlooks an amazing view of the surrounding mountain range called The Chapel Montville. It was a delight to be able to create some beautiful Wedding Photography at The Chapel Montville.

The day began with a beer and a few laughs with Hurell and his two groomsman, while capturing them getting ready for the big day at Montville Holiday Apartments. Following this, we made our way to Angela's room, she was staying in a room that overlooked the spectacular chapel location. She was staying at Montville Studio Suites at The Chapel Montville. Angela was very excited for her wedding day getting her makeup done by Kontour whilst looking over at the place where she will tie the knot in coming hours. She looked stunning in her Wedding Gown from Essence of Australia. Angela knew exactly what she wanted from her video, this made it super easy for our team to work with her and her partner to make sure they were amazed by their video.  

The large timber doors of The Chapel Montville slowly opened revealing Angela and the beautiful bridesmaids as they entered for the ceremony. After a few tears and lots of giggles, everyone rejoiced outside for some family and friend photos. The "One Tree Hill" photo location is really like nothing else. The hazy smoke coverage made for an amazing sunset and the perfect opportunity to use the drone.

As the sun went down, we headed back to the reception where we couldn't help but to grab a treat from the dessert table. After some dinner we heard some heart felt speeches from family and close friends. With drinks, laughs and dessert it was to the dance floor for some great fun to finish the night, with the tunes provided by the Wedding DJ MobyDisc. Not to forget the sneaky little night shoot that took place in front of the lit up chapel, this was a really unique opportunity to get some amazing footage. We thank Angela & Hurell for having us as such a big part of their day and we wish them both nothing but the very best on their new venture together as Husband and Wife.
