In November 2023, Latvian carrier airBaltic launched a competition to find a uniquely designed livery for its 50th A220-300 aircraft which is set to arrive in 2024.��
The Baltic carrier invited members of the public to submit their designs in what the airline described as a �once-in-a-lifetime opportunity� to become �part of aviation history and be seen by millions�.���
From 840 livery submissions, airBaltic has handpicked 21 designs that could potentially become the chosen livery for its 50th A220-300.�
The decision regarding which livery wins is being handed over to airBaltic Club members who can vote online after checking out all 21 liveries.��
Among the 21 possibilities are �Origami Birds�, �Girl in the Clouds� and �The White Wagtail�.�
Although you must be a club member to register a selection, everyone is free to take a look at the 21 incredible liveries on the airline�s website.��
The design that receives the most votes will be announced on January 9, 2023, however airBaltic retains the right to pick any of the top three entries.��

The winner will not only have their design adorned across airBaltic�s latest Airbus A220-300 but also be presented with a �3,000 ($3,278) gift certificate to use on the airline.� �
