Hey beautiful people how are y’all doing. I chose Thursday as my weekly weight in… and I lost another 5 pounds. I have lost a total of 18 pounds since I started my diet on March 31. I am so motivated it is crazy! I am watching calories, carbs, fat grams and getting my protein in.
I am also intermittently fasting from 8:00 at night until 9:00 in the morning. I have eaten so much protein that I had to start taking some thing to ensure it don’t cause problems in the bathroom.
Let’s talk about eating habits and how they caused me to gain about 50 pounds, since Covid hit. Let’s say I go out to eat and I get a cheeseburger loaded with all the goodies. However I am not able to eat that whole burger only 1/4 of it because my tummy which I still call Shelly is still small. Now here is the problem. I will go back in a few hours and eat another piece of that burger and whatever else that I have been eating that loaded with fat and whatever. I will finish it off by the end of that night. So basically I will still consumed what the average person consumed eating that burger however I just broke it up into pieces. This is how the weight comes back and add that I’m not going to the gym. Weight gain!!
I am basically going back to what I was taught in my classes over 9 years before my weight loss surgery and the weight Is coming off! I am really surprised because I didn’t think would happen like this but it is.
