To celebrate 12 Days of Holiday Cookies. Erin, innkeeper of A�Tuscan Estate Bed and Breakfast shares her recipe, and tempting photo for her Cranberry, Hazelnut and White Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
1 package of Sugar Cookie Mix 8 Tbsp butter, room temperature 1 large egg 1 cup dried cranberries 1 cup coarsely ground hazelnuts 1 oz white chocolate, finely grated 1 oz white chocolate for melting for drizzleInstructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or Silpats. Stir cookie mix, butter, egg, 1 oz finely grated white chocolate, hazelnuts and cranberries until dough forms. Scoop 2 Tbsp cookie dough onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cookies are just turning golden around the edges, but are still soft. Let cookies cool on the pan for a couple minutes before moving to wire cooling rack. Melt remaining 1 oz of white chocolate and drizzle over cooled cookies.
