Still kicking huh?

I started this blog when I didn’t understand what bipolar was.

I wrote back then when I felt a certain way that I couldn’t explain.

This blog has helped me and hurt me.

I’m glad that this site still pops up to help led people in a way that’s positive and unique.

I hope if this blog helps you or has helped you that you pass it along. I will not let it die because I remember a time when I couldn’t find anything to help me.

Stay strong my friends. The illness is still real and still will attack. I have learned my own tricks, tips, and warning signs that I didn’t have in the beginning.
