I am so happy that I was able to connect with Henna Inam as my coach. I have learned so much from her and I am so very grateful. Henna’s strengths as a coach are her ability to create rapid trust and relatability, her deep listening and curiosity. She enabled me to find my own answers, guiding me, rather than telling me what to do. Her Mind Story Map -based coaching tool allows for me to do my own review and reflection on my perspective in any given situation and shift to a more empowered perspective.

I am more centered and focused on the work at hand and where I want myself and my team to grow. I specifically learned key techniques such as somatic awareness, Mind Story Map , and have the ability to be more curious and flexible rather than fixed in my approach. Henna also helped me to craft and clearly articulate my growth strategy for my role and my organization.
