Tom Haynes, a personal finance reporter at The Telegraph, is moving to its business desk to cover the leisure and hospitality beat. He will start the new position in December. Previously, he worked as a reporter at MyLondon. He was also an assistant editor at The Tab. Haynes has a B.A. from King’s College London.
