Welcome to the Nom Nom Paleo monthly cooking challenge—a culinary adventure designed to get you excited to get in the kitchen!

Once a month, I’ll feature three recipes that you can choose from. Pick ONE of the recipes, cook it, take a photo of it, submit it, and you might win a prize! I bet you were gonna cook one of these recipes anyways!

Choose ONE of these recipes to cook:
