Knowing and calculating daily fibre and protein intake is very important. It is recommended to have at least 100 gm of protein and 25-35 gm of fibre per day! So if you are looking for ways to incorporate more of both into your diet, try this recipe! These are a quick and healthier snack option and perfect for when you have a sweet tooth like me 😉😋 Approx macros per ball: 95 Calories 5 grams of fibre 5 grams of protein Here’s the recipe: 2 cups All Bran Cereal 2 scoops Arbonne simply1 chocolate protein 1 cup almond butter 1/2 cup honey dairy free chocolate chips DIRECTIONS Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and combine with a spoon. Next, with damp hands (cause these balls are sticky😂) take some of the mixture and form into balls. place on a plate or container and store in the fridge. Allow them to harden for a couple of hours first. Let me know what you think of them if you make them! Will you try these? xo D
