​I personally recovered from my own eating disorder, which is what inspired my passion for this work. I then went on to receive professional training and many years of clinical experience in working with teens and adults with eating disorders and body image issues, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, OSFED, ARFID, and orthorexia.
