FAILURE OF A GOODWILLED PRESIDENT YOON SUK YEOL TO ROOT OUT COMMUNISM IN Korea.

South Korea was founded in 1948 by the principle of freedom, democracy at the stewardship of US, 76 years ago, freed from communism. During the long turbulent period of struggling with a neigbboring communist North Korea, one of axis of evils, who constantly attempted to communize south Korea in its way, communism deeply spread into every level social fabrics in south Korea by sending spies and guerrilla into south Korea. The ideal of communism Karl Marx invented in the Communist Manifesto in 1848 attracts most of the working class proletariat, who experiences the nature of capitalism where money begets money and an opportunity to rise up to the upper level of social stratum is limited, therefore ending up with yielding to socialistic agenda where no ownership of property and offers equality regardless of their social status. President Yoon experienced that his party with only 108 seat in congress can not win over the dominant rule of 190 seat opposition party that might lead impeachment of his presidency. Wielding the presidential power he attempted to dissolve the national assembly by declaring the martial law to prevent the opposition party to impeach him and 11 members of his cabinet officials. His martial law decree was unanimously revoked by opposition party and instead impeached president on charge of an insurrection in a vote with 204 in favor and only 85 against making opposition party members jump up and down and hugging one another calling the impeachment victory for the south Korean people and democracy., Now his declaration of martial law, amid discussion among constitution lawyers the legality of the constitution, will be judged by the constitutional court soon with implication that president may face punishment by violating Korean law that lead to the death penalty or for life imprisonment if he committed an crime of insurrection. Prosecutors already barred him from even leaving the country and arrested his former defense minister Kim Yong Hyun and two former police chiefs on charge of helping carry out an insurrection. Mr. Yoon was voted into office by the thinnest margin since south Korea began holding free presidential elections in 1987. His tenure that began in 2022 has been marked by near constant protests and political deadlock. Much of the political trouble involved his wife, Kim Keon Hee, who has been accused by his critics and the local mews media of accepting improper gifts including a Dion handbag and illegally meddling on government affairs such as personnel decisions. The martial law on the night of December 3, 2024 sent military troops into the National assembly as an attempt to stop parliament from voting down the martial law decree. Though Yoon maintains the martial law decrees was part of the presidential power granted by the constitution, he may be the first president to be arrested before the end of his terms. On charge of an insurrection, president Yoon signaled he had an intention of going quietly, of never giving up to fight it in the constitutional court. Under the current Korea situation, US, one of strong allies is carefully watching by dispatching a presidential envy Leon Musk to Korea to gather information, bearing movement of China, North Korea and Russia over the changing situation. President-elect Donald Trump keeps silent on the situation without any comments only focusing on the attitude of china, Russia and north Korea, who is aiming at taking a chance to communizing the whole peninsula with the support of Russia and china. The political instability in Seoul already signaled great impact upon the stock market, raising the exchange ratio to 1500 to one and foreign investors are mulling over transfer their investment into safer country. Capital outflow out of the Korea will immensely affect on the value of stock market and economic climate in south Korea shaking the financial structure of the economy, which may jeopardize the stability in geopolitical and Asian economic environment to a great extent. US is also gravely concerned over the situation in Korea in connection with the possible regional warfare with bio-chemical weapons by north Korea over the south Korea.

The future of Korean situation hinges upon all those factors interrelated and interdependent among the neighboring nations.
