PBF Gift Guide 2025: For Him

5 months ago 53

The trickiest gift guide of the season is here and right in time to squeeze in some last minute shopping before cyber week sales end! I tried my best to get my Gift Guide for Him up in time for Cyber Monday shopping and really hope it’s helpful for anyone out there shopping for something special for a husband, father, grandfather, brother, boyfriend, father-in-law, brother-in-law — basically any man in your life you’re hoping to find a little something special for this holiday season. Every year I enlist the men closest to me to help me put together this gift guide and greatly value their input when it comes to curating a list of gifts I feel more confident recommending. Their insight and recollecting past personal experiences with gifts I’ve given that have gone over well make this gift guide a *little* easier to create and makes me hopeful it will be a helpful resource for anyone else out there who find men to be the trickiest to shop for every year. As always, this year’s gift guide includes gift ideas at a variety of price points and many gifts included are practical gifts because something it seems like the men in my life appreciate is a highly practical, very usable gift. I hope a couple of these gift ideas help you as you brainstorm ideas to help make the men in your life feel a little extra loved this holiday season. My dad and brother-in-law love them, too! Vuori Tuvalu Tee: I gave one to Ryan for his birthday 3 years ago and it quickly became his favorite tee. He now has it in multiple colors. Vuori DreamKnit Zip-Up Hoodie: A super-soft fall and winter layering staple Ryan wears all the time. Quince Cashmere Sweater: A quality staple made with made with 100% Mongolian fibers but somehow the price point is still reasonable for true cashmere. Carhartt Beanie: A viral favorite for good reason. Vuori Insulated Hybrid Jacket: I ordered this for Ryan last year when he wanted something “warmer than a sweatshirt but not at hot as a jacket.” He LOVED it and wears it constantly! Columbia Jacket: Lightweight but still super warm. Ryan and my brother-in-law have loved their Columbia puffers for years. New Balance Fresh Foam Sneakers: Ryan continues to re-order these as a favorite kick-around sneaker. Bombas Sunday Slippers: Because anything Bombas is always a hit! Hari Mari Slippers: We gave these to my dad last year and he adores them. Brooklinen Super Plush Robe: My love for this robe runs deep and I think the men’s version would be a hit with any guy who love a quality robe. The material is terry cloth that’s cozy but also a great fabric for year-round wear. For the Outdoorsy Guy Outdoor Rocking Chair: The chair we all fight over during our camping trips and on the sidelines at soccer games. I ordered a second one for Ryan for Christmas this year. CORE Tent: Ryan spent a lot of time researching this tent before he ordered it 3 years ago and it paid off because it’s fantastic. It set up/breaks down easily (5-10 minutes!), is nice and spacious (it says is sleeps 12 which feels aggressive but it’s plenty big for our family of 5) and lined with LED lights that are incredibly helpful at night. It also has zip-down dividers so you can create separate sleeping areas which was especially helpful when Rhett was 3 and went to bed/slept longer than everyone else. Pelican Hard Wheeled Cooler: I did a lot of research before settling one of these coolers for Ryan’s birthday. We were looking for a big cooler to take on camping trips (and one that would also work well for extra food storage space in our house when people come to visit) and this was repeatedly praised in all reviews I read — a review from fishermen who took one on a smokin’ hot trip in Key West is what sold me! Ryan was thrilled and the cooler has been great. It’s the kind of thing you splurge on once and then have forever. At least that’s my hope!! (Note: I reached out to Pelican for a code because I know they can be expensive and PBFINGER10 saves 10% site wide on top of their current Cyber Monday 20% off sale!) Camping Blankets: The blankets I initially ordered to bring to the boys’ soccer games that ended up being so great for camping, too! I love that one side is nylon (aka it doesn’t pick up dirt/grass/turf/leaves) and the other side is nice and cozy. The price point is also MUCH better on these than most camping blankets. Razor Griddle: We’ve had this for years (we initially got it for tailgating!) and use it to cook all of our meals. It pops up and is very easy to use to cook everything from burgers and hot dogs to eggs and  pancakes. HEST Memory Foam Mattress: We ordered these after my brother-in-law raved about them and will never go back to a traditional air mattress. Great for camping but also high-quality and very comfortable if you need an alternative to an air mattress for guests when they come to visit. Solo Stove: A smokeless portable fire pit my brother-in-law absolutely loves. Cordless Leaf Blower: Ryan’s love for this thing knows no bounds. Indoor/Outdoor Slippers: To wear around the house or at the campsite, these slippers are comfy with a water-resistant outer layer. Camping Hammock: Ryan even sets this up in our yard and the boys love it! For the Traveler Air Fly Bluetooth Transmitter: The coolest gadget to bring on his flights! It plugs right into the seatback screen and allows him to watch movies with Bluetooth h...
