The first trailer for Netflix's highly-anticipated adaptation is finally here.
It's been quite some time since it was first announced, but Netflix's upcoming anime series The One Piece has finally debuted its first trailer. The original One Piece anime from Toei Animation started airing in 1999, and has been following along with Eiichiro Oda's original manga of the same name since. It's been a long ongoing series, consisting of over 1100 episodes, often creating filler arcs and slower pacing to allow Oda to create new chapters of One Piece that Toei can eventually adapt. Now, production house Wit Studio is taking a crack at the most popular manga of all time.
