Ashley Nagrodski demonstrates more than 10 years of exceptional talent at Smith Freed Eberhard and joins the SFE Equity Partners in 2024. Ashley is an experienced trial attorney who continues to expand and grow her practice at SFE. Ashley has experience in a wide range of complex litigation areas including commercial liability, premises liability, product liability, jobsite injury, wrongful death, sexual misconduct, and dram shop & tavern keeper. Throughout her legal career, Ashley has argued in court rooms throughout Washington. She has trial experience in both traditional and virtual courtrooms, having tried cases in King, Pierce, Thurston, and Whatcom counties. Her energy, poise and confidence in the courtroom is unmatched. Ashley prides herself on the positive relationships she has built with other counsel while strongly advocating for her clients. In addition to being a skilled litigator, Ashley is very active with the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers (WDTL). She currently serves on the Board of Trustees as WDTL’s Secretary. She also serves as an Editor-in-Chief of the WDTL Defense News. Outside of work, you can find Ashley at Seattle Kraken games, traveling around the country watching her beloved Chicago Cubs or Fighting Illini, or spending time with her three energetic dogs.
