I've been waiting for this moment for so long now and it's finally here!!! The Faux Leather Starlet swing has laned and is on my body! The most EPIC of dresses is finally mine.  Starlet Swing in Vegan Leather Vixen has released their most beloved Starlet Swing in vegan leather and it's is one hell of a dress. The classic Starlet swing style is even more divine and lets face it super sexy in faux leather. Complete with super deep pockets, a bold silver zip and the on or off should sleeve fit. Now I ordered this dress the moment it was up for preorder but at the last minute I read the size chart and though on no maybe I need to size up. I was 100% worried that the fabric might not give like a non vegan leather version so I went for the 3XL instead of the 2XL.  Going by my measurements I wanted the waist to fit spot on and the bust but it seems the 2XL might have been a much better option as this is me in the 3XL and as you can see the sleeves are very big on me and there is a lot of extra fabric.  Luckily customer service at Vixen is amazing and they advised me that a tailor who works in faux leather will be able to tailor this to fit my body perfectly. I'll need to get the bust, arms and a little at the waist taken in but then it will fit like a glove. Last year I got my local tailor to attach a back patch to my Vixen moto jacket so he will be able to do this with ease. So size wise go with your normal size and trust that fit! However I'm absolutely in love wit this dress. It's so strong and instantly makes you feel like you can take on the world! The bust has less support than I'd usually have with a Starlet but this might be as I sized up. But it honestly does not stop me from feeling amazing when wearing this piece.   Styling wise I wanted to be simple and wear statement piece and my Vivien Westwood Neysa Pearl Orb Choker was the perfect accessory. Bold enough to pop but not take over the full look.  When I get this piece tailored I'll be sure to take some more shots and share them on my IG account so you can see just how well a few tweaks can make something fit you perfectly.
