We've been teasing this for a bit and for those already asking, we originally built the cannon to do destructive paddle testing--to see which materials held up best against the rigors of repeated ball impacts. We also use it to better understand the dynamics of the ball itself. Combining the controlled consistency of the pickleball cannon and the precision of the chronograph gives us a more accurate perspective than random hits measured by a radar gun!
