Collaborate with 6 paralegal/legal assistants at a well-known disability law firm
Closely assist 3 attorneys in a dynamic and fast-paced social security disability and veterans service connected benefits practice
Master Prevail case management system
Substantial Client Contact to update files and request medical records
Submit evidence electronically to SSA’s Electronic Records Express (ERE)
Contact with staff at the Social Security Administration/Veterans Administration
General clerical duties including filing
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Must be reliable as to time and attendance
A self-starter and a quick learner
Multi-task while assisting the receptionist during high call volume periods
Prior law firm experience or fast paced work experience
BA/BS required
