Laura Field is the executive vice president of Nebraska Cattlemen. �We all know that if we ever had a foreign animal disease outbreak in this country, it would just be devastating. And if we can�t know where cattle are moving and we�re not able to get information on stopping those problems, then we really will be in a bind.�
