Monte Shaw, executive director of the Iowa Renewable Fuels Association, says exports gained some steam in 2023. �It was a solid year. Over a billion gallons of production goes overseas. Think of that as 10, 12 or 13 of your standard 100 million gallon per year plants operating because we have an export market.�
