I always feel better when I eat cleanly and cut out the meat (pun definitely intended). It�s definitely not easy to reset your tastebuds, but I�ve done it several times before. For about a week I taper off any fast food or junk food. I eat less, drink more fluids and eat better. After three weeks you�re feeling great and can appreciate true flavor again. You don�t need a pound of salt or something to be deep fried to appreciate the taste.
What does this have to do with Autism?�
When Mommy feels good, Mommy is more productive and happier :)�
