Aviation Source News Specialist charter operator Fly2Sky Airlines has inked an ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) contract with the emerging Central Asian airline, Humo Air.
Fly2Sky will provide the start-up low-cost airline Humo Air with two Airbus A320 family aircraft.
This partnership not only solidifies Fly2Sky’s positioning in the aviation charter and support sector but also heralds a new collaboration in Central Asia’s aviation landscape.
ACMI Contract Details
Under the terms of the agreement, Fly2Sky will deploy two state-of-the-art Airbus A320 family aircraft to support Humo Air, a regional low-cost airline, during its crucial initial phases.
This strategic move is poised to shape the aviation narrative in Central Asia, creating ripples of efficiency and connectivity.
The Airbus A320 family aircraft, integral to this ACMI contract, will become the backbone of the low-cost carrier’s operations.
Operating from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, these aircraft will support both domestic and international routes for the new airline.
December to March Lease Term
The lease term, spanning from December of this year to March of the following year, underlines the strategic alignment of Fly2Sky and Humo Air.
During this period, the Airbus A320s will serve as dynamic assets, propelling Humo Air’s operational efficiency and bolstering its market presence.
