We�ve made it! The final day of the Beer Advent Calendar brings us around to a classic Belgian Christmas ale, P�re No�l from Brouwerij De Ranke. This amber-colored holiday treat leans into the hops for bitterness and adds a bit of licorice for complexity. The brewery describes the taste as a �Bitter, semi-spiced flavour with a very long-lasting aftertaste.�

P�re No�l is 7% alcohol by volume with 50 IBUs and a terrific beer to toast the final day of this calendar as well as herald in Christmas. �P�re No�l� means �Father Christmas� (aka Santa Claus) so you�ll definitely want to leave Santa a bottle of this as he�s completing his rounds tonight�and don�t forget to give a bottle or two to other beers lovers in the family.
