When people think of ballroom dancing, there are some who may imagine lavishly dressed figures twirling together in an immaculate ballroom. This image can be enticing, but it isn't nearly the full extent of the art. Ballroom dancing can be a fun, energizing, and rewarding experience for nearly everyone. It's a great way of staying active, meeting new people, and learning something new and worthwhile; and it's probably more accessible than you think.
