Victoria, British Columbia-based architect Stephen Rowe has been promoted to Canada West Health director at HDR. Rowe began at HDR as an intern architect in 2016 before rising through the ranks, holding roles such as architect and project principal. Throughout his career Rowe has contributed to many large and complex healthcare projects, including Vancouver’s New St. Paul’s Hospital, and has built valuable connections with clients and partners. He has extensive experience in alternative delivery projects, including design, build finance and manage; design-build; and integrated project delivery, and particularly enjoys the collaborative environment offered by these models. In his new role, Rowe will lead HDR’s Western Canadian growth as the firm continue building in the region.Â
