A New Approach: The Single-Structure Design

What makes PollyFab shoes so interesting is the way they are actually constructed. Instead of being assembled from multiple parts, each shoe is created as a single, seamless structure. They use a specialized 3D-printing process that builds the entire shoe—from the sole to the upper—as one continuous piece. This creates a unique lattice-like design that is incredibly breathable and moves with your foot in a way that feels very modern and streamlined. Today, I want to tell you in this review my thoughts on the PollyFab Airpuff one Pro and their Flux shoes.

Getting the Right Fit: Sizing and Colors

One thing to keep in mind is that the sizing runs quite large compared to standard USA sizes about a half to a full size larger. I usually wear a size eight, but I went with a size seven in these shoes and the fit was just right. I’d definitely recommend ordering one size smaller than you normally take to get that perfect fit. I chose the black for both of mine, but if you want something more vibrant, the Airpuff One Pro and the Flux also come in orange and white.

The All-Day Choice: Airpuff One Pro

This is the Airpuff One Pro.

I’ve been spending some time in the Airpuff One Pro lately, and the first thing I noticed is just how much more substantial they are than your typical slip-on shoe. Usually, those types of shoes have a very low profile with almost no bottom to them, but these have a much more impressive base. They aren’t exactly like “walking on a cloud”—it’s actually a firm interior rather than a super padded one, but the way they are designed to fit the foot makes walking in them feel really natural and supported. It’s been a great summer slip-on for those days when I’m on my feet for hours and need something that feels reliable and structural.

For Movement and Balance: The Flux

Then there is the Flux, which has become another favorite for walking around this summer. What really stands out about these shoes is the “springiness” you feel with every step. There’s a distinct bounce to them that keeps you moving, and the support level is excellent. I’ve found that they really help with balance, giving you a very stable, grounded feeling even though they feel light and active. If you’re looking for a summer shoe that combines that energetic spring with a lot of stability, the Flux is a fantastic choice.

Final Thoughts on PollyFab 3D Printed Shoes

Overall, both pairs of shoes have been a pleasant surprise for different reasons. The Airpuff One Pro is my go-to pick for a solid, well contoured fit that beats out any thin slip-on I’ve tried, while the Flux is what I grab when I want that extra bit of bounce and balance for a long walk. Both pairs of PollyFab 3D printed shoes are what feet welcome after spending a long day in stylish, but painful shoes.
