According to their report, a gathering of the Pagan’s Motorcycle Club is set to take place in the area of Oak Creek, Colorado from August 15 to August 17, with this town located about 16 miles southwest of Steamboat Springs. An estimated 700 people are expected to attend, which means that locals should expect to see more motorcycles than normal in the area during this time.
The press release related to the matter wasn’t necessarily urging caution from the public related to the event, though it did assure those in the area that local law enforcement has made preparations “to be staffed accordingly to ensure that everyone has a fun, safe, and peaceful time throughout the weekend. According to the United States Department of Justice, the Pagan’s Motorcycle Club is one of the most prominent outlaw motorcycle gangs of the mid-Atlantic region.
