GLP-1 medications aren’t a passing trend.

They’re changing how clients think about weight loss, metabolism, appetite, and health and they’re changing the landscape for health, fitness, and nutrition professionals.

More clients than ever are already on GLP-1s or seriously considering them, and with big-pharma dollars ensuring these drugs aren’t going anywhere, avoiding the conversation is no longer an option.

That’s why I’m hosting a presentation focused on natural GLP-1 enhancement and how to stay relevant and effective in a time of GLP-1 medications.

Inside the workshop, we’ll cover how GLP-1s actually work beyond the headlines, how the body naturally produces GLP-1 and the real-world implications of clients using these medications. We’ll also talk through GLP-1 supplements, long-term considerations, and practical coaching strategies that support sustainable results including for clients who plan to come off the drug.

Colleen Flynn is a functional nutritionist, and founder of Nutritional Zest in Austin, Texas. Colleen’s work is rooted in her own story.
