Dr. Jeremy Mirabile, Medical Director, Recovery Keys

Recovery Keys is excited to announce that our Medical Director, Dr. Jeremy Mirabile, will be speaking at Halifax Health Medical Center. Dr. Mirabile will present Medical Grand Rounds on medication assisted treatment (MAT) of substance use disorders at Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida on Thursday, January 9 and Friday, January 10, 2020.

In partnership with Halifax Health, Dr. Mirabile will present educational information to the OB-GYN Department on Thursday, January 9. This dinner meeting will provide information on Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) during pregnancy, management of addiction during pregnancy, and he will present information on a collaborative approach to the treatment of women with opioid use disorder during pregnancy as recommended by Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

Dr. Mirabile will then present Medical Ground Rounds on Friday morning, January 10, to discuss Medication Assisted Treatment for Substance Use Disorders. He will educate attendees on commonly used medications and their rationale for use as well as defining the medication assisted treatment role in the overall treatment of substance use disorders/addictive diseases.
