The Los Angeles Chargers ended a two-game losing skid in Week 6 when they won a back-and-forth battle with the Miami Dolphins to get back on track ahead of a tough matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.
The Chargers have navigated a few injuries along the way and should be in a good spot, but that doesn’t mean the team isn’t always looking for ways to round out the roster.
Los Angeles announced it has signed wide receiver Daleveon Campbell and defensive back Myles Purchace to the practice squad and released center Josh Kaltenberger from the practice squad.

Campbell appeared in two games for the Carolina Panthers this season.
At 6-foot-4, 220 pounds, he is a big, athletic talent who could make a special teams impact at some point once he is fully recovered from a hamstring injury.
He’ll have the benefit of already being familiar with the organization after he originally signed with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent and posted eight catches for 147 yards during the preseason.
Purchase also signed as an undrafted free agent earlier this year, but he didn’t make the final roster.
It’s good to see both of them returning to the organization, and perhaps they can make their way to the active roster at some point.
The Chargers are dealing with an injury to wide receiver Quentin Johnston, so there may be an opening for Campbell.
