Alex Palou continued his dominant 2026 IndyCar season by taking pole for the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix with a 1:01.9017 lap in the Firestone Fast Six. Will Power joined him on the front row, while David Malukas and Mick Schumacher crashed out in qualifying and will start deep in the field.
