Long-time members - thank you for trusting me with your inbox all this time. I hope it enriches your music-making.

I started the M4YV project in 2014 as a way to celebrate and archive my work in the field of music as I expanded into a new career in the field of medicine. My long-term goal is to integrate the arts with healing to promote holistic healthcare. I just graduated with a Master's in Nursing and have just embarked on my new role as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am honored to help my patients align with the highest version of themselves and be a catalyst for positive growth. It's been a long road since I returned to school in 2011, and now I am reflecting on all I have accomplished.


​I wish for all of us to Dream BIG with the gift of our lives and hone our gifts so that we can serve others. I had fun doing a recent blog post about Famous Scientists Who Played the Violin because I was curious one day about who else in the sciences besides Einstein played the violin. It was inspiring to learn that so many great minds were also musicians, and it feels encouraging for us to keep nurturing our curiosity and never stop learning.

Also, the past year was so occupied with finishing my Masters program that I completely forgot to share that there are now hard copies available on Amazon of 3 M4YV collections:
