Very young and very old people in the death booksThe argument that the presence of young and old people contradicts the "orthodox narrative" of immediate gassing is misleading. Testimonies and historical records document that while the vast majority of deported people was immediately gassed, some groups were occasionally selected for labour or other purposes, including medical experiments, and could survive for varying period. High death rates during typhus epidemics as proof of natural causes of death While typhus and other diseases did cause high mortality rates, this argument overlooks the intentional harsh conditions created by the Nazis, such as starvation, forced labor, and inhumane living conditions, which exacerbated these outbreaks and increased mortality. The implication that the catastrophic conditions were purely incidental rather than a result of deliberate policies is historically inaccurate.
