There is nowhere near enough discussion or media coverage about this. He is trying to do four things, in my opinion, to achieve his goals. First, he is trying to rig districts to protect the Republican Congressional majorities. Second, he is trying to change the way people can vote. Third, he is trying to get control as to how the votes are counted. Fourth, he is militarizing cities and states and creating so much chaos that people will be discouraged from voting.
