The Premier League leaders, Arsenal FC, have announced a new multi-year agreement with Deel, the leading global payroll and HR platform.

From the 2026-27 season, the brand will become the unit’s official sleeve partner. In this deal, Deel’s logo will feature on the left sleeve of the club’s home, away, and third shirts starting next season. Deel will also become the second worldwide company to appear on the sleeve of one of football’s most iconic jerseys. In 2025, Deel also joined the Arsenal family as their official HR platform partner.

The announcement is followed by Patchmaker, a new film starring Viktor Gyokeres and club veteran Patrick Vieira. The film, set in a master patch-maker’s studio as he finishes the new kit sleeve, is a portrayal of the craft, care, and attention to detail that goes into every move.
As part of the announcement, and ahead of the release of the new home kit, the club has provided fans with a sneak peek at the sleeve that will bear the Deel name throughout next season.

Juliet Slot, Arsenal’s Chief Commercial Officer, said, “Our iconic kit and sleeve is one of the most visible positions in world football, and we’re delighted to be welcoming Deel’s name there after they joined our family earlier this year. Deel will support how we operate as a club as we enter this next chapter in our relationship. All our partnerships play a direct role in delivering our long-term ambition to win major trophies in a financially sustainable way.”

Alex Bouaziz, Co-Founder and CEO of Deel, said, “When we partnered with Arsenal last year, we said this was just the beginning. Arsenal and Deel are already working closely together, and the club will be rolling out Deel’s platform across its workforce and HR operations in the coming months. Having our name on one of the most iconic shirts in world football is a proud moment for everyone at Deel, and a reflection of a partnership built on shared global ambition. We’re looking forward to next season and everything still to come.”

Deel serves over 40,000 enterprises and 1.5 million employees globally. In October 2025, the company announced a Series E fundraising round valued at $17.3 billion, firmly establishing itself as one of the world’s largest payroll and HR systems.
