Como 1907 and Uber have extended their commercial partnership through a new four-year agreement, strengthening a relationship that has evolved from shirt sponsorship into a broader collaboration centred on mobility, fan engagement and the club’s growing international profile.

Under the renewed agreement, Uber will continue as Como 1907’s official mobility partner. The company will also feature on the back of the club’s shirts for Serie A and Coppa Italia fixtures during the first two seasons of the new partnership.

The extension will also see Uber become a founding partner of Como 1907’s “Champions League Era”, linking the mobility company to a significant new chapter in the club’s development as it expands its presence on the European stage.

The partnership dates back to 2024, when Uber became Como’s first main partner following the club’s return to Serie A. The agreement also marked Uber’s first football club sponsorship in Italy.

Chief Business Officer for Como 1907 Ryan Shelton said, “Uber believed in Como early, before we had reached Serie A, and became our first Main Partner when we returned to the top flight. What began as a sponsorship has developed into a genuine business partnership, and this new four-year agreement is a powerful example of what it means to grow together.

“Uber has been part of an extraordinary period in the history of Como 1907, and we are incredibly proud that they will continue that journey with us as a Founding Partner of our Champions League Era. Most importantly, our shared ambition remains bigger than branding: to create something that brings real value to Como, its residents, our supporters and the millions of people who visit the city each year.”

Davide Archetti, General Manager of Uber Southern Europe, added, “When we first partnered with Como 1907, we saw the opportunity to build something that could go far beyond a traditional sponsorship. Two years later, we are incredibly proud of how both Como and our partnership have grown. This four-year renewal reflects our long-term commitment to the club and to the city. Together, we want to build innovative mobility solutions that make it easier for supporters, residents and visitors to move around Como, while continuing to support the club as it enters an exciting new chapter on the European stage.”

The renewed collaboration will focus on developing mobility solutions designed to make it easier for supporters, residents and visitors to move around Como, while strengthening the club’s connection with the city and its tourism ecosystem.

For Como 1907, the agreement represents another step in building a commercial model that extends beyond football and connects the club with the wider destination. For Uber, meanwhile, the partnership provides an opportunity to integrate its mobility proposition with one of Italy’s increasingly prominent football and tourism brands.

The four-year renewal ultimately signals a shift from traditional sponsorship towards a more strategic, destination-led commercial partnership.
