For more than twenty years I’ve sent a weekly newsletter.
Well over a thousand of them.
I’ve poured my best thinking into those emails, hit send, people read them, and reply and it’s great for business.
But what next?
…the content more or less vanishes into the inbox.
Meanwhile my blog sat there looking a bit neglected. Lots of guests posting — but not much from me.
But here’s the twist.
Your email newsletter is already the best content you will write.
You just need a way to get it out of your inbox and onto the internet consistently without creating more admin.
Eventually I asked myself a simple question: why am I not turning every newsletter into a blog post?
In a moment of reflection I realised, I wanted more visibility but no homework.
So I built a ‘recurring task’ workflow with Automation Agency that now handles it for me.
Every time I send a newsletter it’s published on multiple blogs, including my Adam Franklin site and Bluewire’s, and I don’t touch a thing.
(Plus my VA posts it to Medium, Substack and LinkedIn).
One email becomes a set of five lasting assets without any extra admin.
It matters because:
Your newsletter already contains your strongest ideas
Blog posts give that content a longer life
SEO, email, and social all benefit from the same piece
Automation keeps your content ecosystem running even when you are busy
That is the real advantage.
The automation keeps the whole ecosystem running even during busy stretches. Your content starts working everywhere while you stay focused on your next idea.
That is exactly what this week’s video covers.
How I Turn Email Newsletters Into Blog Posts (Automatically)
In the video, I walk through the complete workflow:
The recurring task setup inside Automation Agency
How my team follows the SOP step by step
A real example using my “LinkedIn’s Hidden Gold Mine” email
How the system publishes across multiple platforms automatically
Why this beats every manual repurposing method I’ve tried
